What we take for granted has the magical power to attract anything. Its not just that we breathe in and out and as we think this is a automatic action from our body till we are alive there is so much more to this precious resource.. our breath. This post is written in a very simple language for understanding.
Mindfulness ,a word used so often in spiritual acts, meditations and healing is not just for finding peace. It can be used to achieve almost anything.
As teachers and guides assist us to slow our breath during stress, anger and depression we must learn this simple technique to understand the principle of our breath. Breathing in and out may be automated but becoming mindful of this action will make us understand the process that happens in our systems. As we breathe in there is a moment of gap before we breathe out. We don't realize this in our daily lives.
Then spiritual poets and saints also focused on the sounds of breath. In Sufism and Islam the sound as we breathe resembles so much to Allah. In Hinduism and Sanskrit the masters believed the sounds coming as we breathe in "So' and as we breathe out "hum". There is a window period in between these two acts and this is where the magic happens. You have to capture this moment and make any wish or prayer and just see the miracle unfold. It is a pure simple law of nature. the Universe has given a gateway which we in our daily lives never ever find out.
While people continue to struggle with achieving success, health, wealth even after various techniques and meditations, spiritual courses and therapies, the main element missing is your own energy part. You contribute so much to your success but we often strive to find external answers and help instead of trying to tap our own hidden potential.
Basically this is termed as self sabotage. When you wish, you pray, you act and then your brain says how is this possible? you are not qualified, you are not equipped? you are not deserving of this wealth? then these blocks over rule all your efforts to succeed.
Here is the part when my Reiki healing art comes in as a guide, friend, partner always by your side. reiki finds its way where needed without allowing you to sabotage the success. The healing art on your wall, in your wallet purse, in your office table, on your office desk keeps playing its role till you achieve your wishes.
People also use the sound therapy that involves various instruments and sounds music. This is also very effective but todays post is for you to take action for yourself. Combination therapies work wonders but only when you are open to receiving the energy. This is why I shared this post . Failures are not that the therapies don't work, it is all the time and mostly you yourself blocking the success. In my Reiki healing art I follow a process of startingwith symbols to break karmic negative cycles, blocks, hurdles and evil eye curses, then healing the energy lack and then starting to attract the wish. Over the span of so many decades of reading, researching, power of symbols, words, numbers, colours have I come up with these bespoke Reiki healing artworks with specific intentions.
Coming to sounds of breath, as the period between in and out can be a very minute one ,you will have to learn to find this by regular practice of meditation. Sit daily once any time convenient to you in the north west sector of your home and few minutes of mindfulness. Allow the thoughts to come, maybe activities of your tasks, outside sounds, challenges, sadness, fear, anxiety, let it all come up during meditation and allow it without denying and forcing your mind to quieten. Daily meditations will start controlling and redirecting your brain to follow a thoughtful controlled energy direction.
Don't start to expect miracles in few days, since your mind has been a free one it will take time to redirect your thoughts to a positive constructive form. Here I would mention, reiki can start its miracles anytime, even in few minutes of distance Reiki some clients have found immense benefits.
For diseases use your mindfulness breath- Try it, breathe in and out and focus on the sounds coming, the emotions rising, your heart beat, your body. Focus on where the body feels tight, clogged, heavy. Put your hand and affirm that this is healed. Give some love and thanks to this body part for taking care of you.
For specific wishes- as you breathe in, pause for a moment before letting your breath out. In this magical moment repeat your wish with clarity and pure intentions. You don't need to justify the wish or be judgmental. Just ask and trust the Universe.
I have shared many techniques for wish fulfillment ,like the Reiki letters, triple fold magic.
Bay leaf writing your wish and burning it.
You tube video Powerful Reiki Letter writing and all about this. on my YouTube Channel The Red Pilgrim.
Writing wish on paper and burning it, trusting the Universe will take care of it.
Will all other techniques coming to basic breath is very powerful achievement if you can reach here. Master your breath. Then we also have sounds of mantras, chakra mantras. I have shared here in my Google blog The Red Pilgrim post .Read List of Chakras, Elements, Colours How the Chakra mantras Help
Chanting mantras is also beneficial if you find it difficult to quieten your thoughts while meditation. Focusing on Reiki healing art helps a lot if you have issues in focussing for meditation. I always say, just accept yourself as you are and do not try to analyze why you cant meditate? why your mind keeps thoughts coming on, why you cant do and others do it easily. remember each one is unique and has come on this earth for their own soul purpose. There is no right and wrong, as I painted the Untitled work Darkness. just do it with love and positivity and life will sort out beautifully. The main issue coming up with many souls is self worth and self acceptance and Reiki healing art plays a major role in redesigning lives towards self fulfullment and joy.
Try the magic of breath. Pause and listen, this is a miracle as you breathe in and out and nourish your body and cells organs with oxygen. Be grateful, so many are sick or dead...they don't have the chance to....
Find the moment of magic from now and see the magic unfold. I always say the Universe has everything in abundance... you just have to tap this correctly!
Much Gratitude,
Yours The Red Pilgrim.
