Terms and Conditions for Buying paintings by Rizwana A.Mundewadi The Red Pilgrim Healing Artist from India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE of Paintings:

General Terms and Conditions:

1) All paintings available for sale are original and are the handiwork of the owner of this website.

2) All prices are in US dollars and are Inclusive of shipping costs. *For Large Canvas paintings Additional shipping charges may be added with respect to current shipping costs for any particular country.

3) I generally do not send framed paintings. Paintings are packed according to size and shipped with adequate protective packing. Shipping is done by reputed courier services according to the destination location/country.

4) The full quoted price will have to be paid in advance to book an order.

Payments from outside India:

1) Payment can be made by credit card/cash card/debit cards/PayPal/Western Union Money Transfer/International Bank Transfer. All major cards are accepted.

2) Payment by card/PayPal can be made from the “Buy Now” payment button situated below the painting image. Payment can then be made securely via PayPal.

3) For Western Union Money Transfer, kindly make payment in the name of Rizwana A. Mundewadi payable at India. Please send me the following details: (i) The MTCN number (ii) Name of payer (iii) Place from where payment made (iv) Amount paid and the currency used

and (v) Identification of the painting ordered.

4) Please contact me for International Bank Transfer; we will send you the required Bank details.

Payments from India:

1) Clients from India can pay after converting the quoted price into INR. You may initially confirm the actual amount by contacting us before making payment. Payment can be made byNEFT/cash payment into our Bank account/cheque/DD payable at Thane in the name of Rizwana A Mundewadi.

2) There is no COD policy.

3) Local clients also have the option of picking up the painting from my studio after taking prior appointment; this will reduce your buying price.

Approval, Return and Refund Policy:

1) An approval message by e-mail would normally be expected after receipt of the painting by the client; however, the passage of 5 working days after documented receipt, in the absence of a formal approval, would be deemed as implied approval and closure of the deal.

2) All clients are entitled to return the painting within 5 working days after receipt of the painting.

3) Paintings will have to be returned to our given address at your cost, using adequate protective packing. After receipt of the painting in good condition, we will refund the amount paid after deducting our shipping costs. Return of painting in damaged condition will attract additional deductions. Our decision regarding the refund amount will be final and binding on the client.

4) We would appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for the return. This will help us to improve our services.

5) Custom made paintings, made to order artworks, do not fall into this category and will not be refunded.

Order Commissioned Art Work:

1) Orders for customized healing paintings and paintings related to Reiki, Feng shui, Chinese Calligraphy, Buddhism Symbols of Prosperity, Sacred Geometry, Cubism Abstract Symbolic Art work will be accepted.

2) Please allow for at least 15 days to a month for completion of the order of single large painting.

3) Terms for payment will be as follows: 50 % advance payment while booking an order, another 25% after completion of half the work, and the balance 25% to be paid on approval of completed work and before delivery.

4) Details can be worked out personally or by e-mail.

5) Orders for portraits, figurative paintings, God figures and landscapes will not be accepted.

6) You get an authenticity certificate of artwork with all the details of the artwork and instructions on care and best hanging placement suggestions for maximum healing benefits.
