Om Mani Padme Hum! a spiritual mantra for enlightenment and peace in Tibetan Buddhism. a beautiful feeling of spiritual connections, bliss, enlightening  awareness, beingness! While we see prayer flags and hangings of this beautiful mantra in Himachal pradesh,manali, and the Himalayas, Leh ladakh they seem like ordinary flags of red yellow green white but they have immense symbolism and spiritual significance. We see these hangings in cars,homes and even offices to attract peace and spiritual bliss.

Om is not just a sound or vibration. It is not just a symbol. It is the entire cosmos, whatever we can see, touch, hear and feel. Moreover, it is all that is within our perception and all that is beyond our perception. It is the core of our very existence. If you think of Om only as a sound, a technique or a symbol of the Divine, you will miss it altogether. Om is the mysterious cosmic energy. We no longer cling to realities and old thoughts and with this comes self acceptance, as if a hollow channel, just also, what Reiki healing brings on. Not only does it bring pure focussed thoughts we also notice , people also notice in us,  immense changes in our behaviour, the acceptance of the higher force, no longer doing tasks with expectations and welcoming grace with free mind, clarity in thoughts and clarity in speech.
